Spirit of Joy Partners broke ground for the new addition on Sunday April 20th. The building was blessed Friday July 25th when Spirit of Joy partners gathered to write scripture between the walls. The walls are now filled with many SoJ partners favorite Bible verses. Construction is nearing completion on the education
and administration addition. This month the
walls will be sheet rocked, taped and painted. Ceramic
tile, carpet and cabinets will be installed and
bulletin boards hung. Completion date is September We have been serving coffee and beverages
Thursday mornings to the people working on the
building. There are still several days that we need
volunteers to help serve. If you would like to
help, there is a sign up sheet in the narthex or let a
member of the building team know. |

| • Seven/Eight additional classroom w/ one double classroom with curtain divider. |
| • Large multi-purpose room (880 sq ft.) |
| • Three administrative offices and study. |
| • Two additional restrooms. |
| • Additional coat racks and storage space. |
| • Guaranteed Maximum Price of $716,065. |
| • Capital Campaign commitments of $622,000 over three years. |
| • Current mortgage payments of $6,250. |
| • Seeking additional loan of $482,000 which will increase mortgage payments approximately $3,750 a month. |
